What is an Intuitive Reiki Session? Reiki is an energy healing modality in which Julz channels universal life force energy and sends it through her hands to the areas of your body that are craving support, healing, and increased ease. You are invited to lay comfortably on a massage table to simply relax and receive this deeply nourishing energy, and be gently led toward increased emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Frequently Asked Questions✨What should I expect in a session? Sessions are about 75 minutes long. In the first 10-15 minutes, we will talk about what's coming up for you and identify some areas where you're seeking support. Then you will be invited to lay comfortably on the massage table (fully clothed) to rest and receive powerful healing energy! I will take you through a short guided meditation, then will hover my hands over or lightly touch areas of your body and send healing life force energy where it's most needed at the time of your session. After your session, I will gently invite you to rise from the massage table, and we will take just a few minutes to connect about how you are feeling, and to offer you personalized tools and suggestions for integrating your healing.
✨ How does it work? In a session, I act as a conduit (an antenna and amplifier) for universal life force energy, and channel it into your body to balance your energy fields, reduce stress, and promote healing. |
