The Experience
Feel your stress and responsibilities release from your body and energy system as you make your way through the magical Columbia Gorge to this beautiful getaway. Arrive and connect with friends new and old while we check in, visit and maybe order a little something from the delicious cafe menu. Our afternoon program begins in the incredible sanctuary, a gorgeous round building built into the earth in the hill surrounding the property with a ground level skylight and doors looking out over the Columbia Gorge. We connect, discover, release, play, rest and rejuvenate through our time together with with group experiences, workshops, ceremonies, integration time and social time along with soaking in the beautiful spas together.

Group Spirit Connection Session with Anna

Group sessions are incredibly powerful! Not only do you receive messages and healing directly for yourself, you are witnessed in this experience and then serve to witness the power of spirit connection and healing for others which intensifies and validates the experience for everyone.
When doing a group session, the energy is extra strong and clear and everyone experiences a shared transformative, bonding and often life changing experience. Doing this at a retreat allows for deeper connection following the experience and beautifully influences our time together. |
Sacred Self Herbal Tea Ceremony with Chenoa

Join in this unique tea ceremony and be gently guided into a warm, loving, and present state of being - where together we will connect with the inherent wisdom of our bodies, and explore how we (and a vast number of living species) depend on a sacred collaboration with the bodies, energies, and spirits of plants.
Allow yourself to be led in discussion, meditation, and ceremony to consider the dynamic and ancient wisdom held within the plant body, how it gets there, and how through plants, those wisdoms and energies can be brought into the human body, mind, and integrated with our spiritual awareness. |

Learn with a brief introduction to each plant about their physical and energetic properties. Then with a special practice of coming into your heart center, allow your heart to guide you in your unique tea blend preparation, calling upon what is most important for your personal nourishment.

Intuitive Development Workshop with AnnaWe each have access to a deeper knowing connected with our sensory system and energies beyond what we can see. We often haven’t learned how to talk about these sensitivities or how to use them as valuable tools to help us in our daily lives. Whether you are just opening up, or you have been aware of these sensitivities for a long time, whatever your vocation, this offering of awakening through the lens of understanding energy and spirit connection can provide a beautiful opportunity to strengthen and deepen your life experience.

When we learn about how to interpret energy and listen to our intuition in a community atmosphere, we all play a critical role of witnessing and validating our own and each other's experiences. We practice, gain skills quickly and dive deeper into our connection with our own spirits along with understanding how to connect with the spirit of all things.
CRU Dance Party with Joanna & LishaJoanna and Lisha will create a wonderful dance party experience, especially created for gatherings of dancers of all kinds, ages and abilities.
Join in the infectious happiness that dancing in unity generates. In this CRU session we will learn a group choreographed routine and perform it with, and for, each other. No training or experience is necessary, just an open mind and willingness to move your body. These two have shared their magic in past retreats and it has been a super loved experience by all! |

Ground & Align your Intentions with the Earth Ceremony with Kristen
|
We’re going to take a step outside the bounds of time & space, flowing into a place where we remember that we are One with all that is, that we are Nature, just like the plants, the trees, the animals, the stones, the Earth, the elements.
Through meditation & visualization, with the rhythm of the drum and songs from the Earth, we will access a space of inner healing together. Working with the sacred medicine of the Cedars, you will be guided on a shared journey where we will align our intentions and creations with the spirit of the Earth. Let the beat of the drum activate your cells and your spirit, it’s rhythm will guide you deeper inward. Experience a deep sense of peace & well-being, and feel the love and support of the Earth that is always here for you. |

Joanna Dorchuck and Lisha Keeble started CRU in 2018 to celebrate connectivity and be joyous through dance. CRU is a mobile dance party, specially created for gatherings of dancers of all kinds, ages and abilities. CRU was sparked by Lisha and Joanna’s mutual love of dance and the infectious happiness that dancing in unity generates. |
