Your Intuitive Guidance & Coaching Program Includes

💞 1:1 MONTHLY SESSIONS Through intuitively guided conversation, discovery, energy work and mentorship, we support you through your growth edges as they arise, helping you to remember your deepest truths and together create strategies to live those truths. Your first coaching session is a 60 minute deep dive. All following sessions are 40 minutes. ​In person or remote.

🔊 WEEKLY 1:1 VOICE MESSAGE SUPPORT Gain access to me once a week via Voxer (national) or whatsapp (international) to ask questions, receive validation and stay connected between sessions. Examples of check-ins include:
You: "Hey Anna, I'm going to visit my mom and I'm nervous about how exhausting this will be for me. I want to stay with the momentum we've been working on but our patterns are so old, I'm already stressed." 
My response: "I'm so glad you reached out! Saying this out loud is really good for you to do, I can feel you claiming your energy back already as you do that. It looks as though there is some opening in the relationship for you to show up differently, but I can sense that she does much better when she has time to sit with things. What about having a conversation or writing to her about how you are making some changes in your life and to alert her that there might be times that you'll need to take some solo time to care for yourself while you're there. I'm sensing that she hasn't done this for herself so it could be triggering and be taken personally if presented in the moment, but if it is about you and your journey and you are sharing how beneficial it has been for you ahead of time, it looks like good potential for a very different and positive outcome. Let me know if that resonates."

You: "Hi Anna, I've got an important meeting coming up with a client and I am feeling uneasy about it. They want to meet at the factory, but I'm not feeling good about that. What do you think? 
My response: "Hi there, good to hear from you! Yes, feels sticky and like you may encounter other influences and more conflictual energy at the factory. It feels like a more neutral space has more potential for flow and an outcome that feels abundant for both of you. I want to also reflect back to you how you accurately sensed what was going on. Nice work!"
