This coaching container is for those who have experienced at least one session with me and recognize a desire for continued, skilled support as deeper healing and change begin to unfold.

Many people come to this work because something feels off - not broken, but misaligned. A session can help reveal truths about who you are and what you desire and what you're ready to release. Coaching is where the healing deepens; where insight becomes integration and new ways of living are actively discovered and supported.

Timing & readiness

Together, we explore the inner landscapes that shape how you respond to life emotionally, energetically, and intuitively.

We gently bring awareness to what feels stagnant or misaligned and create space for new frameworks to emerge, ones that feel truer, more spacious, and more supportive of who you are becoming.

This work often touches many areas of life:
Relationships, creativity, leadership, money, boundaries, self-trust, embodiment, purpose.
As you learn to listen more to your inner guidance and feel safe acting on it, life begins to reorganize in subtle and powerful ways.

Many people feel curious about coaching immediately after a session—and just as many need time to integrate before committing to ongoing support.

Both are valid.

This container exists so that when your system says yes, there is a place for that yes to land.

Ways to work together

Integration Month
​A single-month container for support and integration
​
The Integration Month is designed for clients who want guidance as they integrate the insights and shifts that emerged during their session.

This is a complete, stand-alone container. At the end of the month, you may choose to continue or feel complete.

Integration month includes one 40 minute session, approximately one moth after your first session and includes the following list. (In person or remote)

Ongoing Intuitive Coaching
Consistent support for deeper, sustained transformation

For those who feel called into longer-term work, ongoing coaching offers a steady, intuitive container for growth, integration, and embodiment.

​Your first session is a 60-minute deep dive.
All following sessions are 40 minutes. (in person or remote)

Both include: 

1:1 Monthly Sessions
Sessions are intuitively guided and may include meditation, collaborative exploration, reflection, energy work, and practical integration—always tailored to what is alive for you.

​Weekly Voice Message Support
Between sessions, you have access to me once per week via Voxer (U.S.) or WhatsApp (international).
This support is meant to help you stay connected to your intuition as real-life moments arise—decisions, boundaries, emotions, transitions.

Energetic Attunement & Spirit-Led Support
Throughout our work together, I stay gently connected with you and your spirit team.
This ongoing attunement supports a more fluid, integrated, and expedited healing process—without ever depleting either of us.

Personalized Integration Practices
Reflections, practices, or small actions may be offered to help anchor insights into daily life and keep you connected to the shifts you’re bringing into form.

Monthly Transmissions
Live online guided meditation and transmission from our spirit teams. This will be recorded for viewing later.
