I will lead us on this journey as we meet every other week for 2.5 hours in Portland with guided meditations, *opening the voice, journal prompts, intuitive exercises and workflow time to expand and explore your vision and direction. I will also offer community coaching and energy work for specific questions/explorations one time per month for an hour of our time together.
Bring your journal, your open heart, your projects, ideas and creative explorations along with any tools or materials you need for our work flow time. There will be up to 8 participants.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These sessions are in person, every other week. You can start at any time. The date you sign up initiates the beginning of your first month and you will be charged each month on that same date. (For example, if you sign up on the 10th of a month, you can attend the next sessions offered and will be charged again the following month on the 10th.) There will be an average of two sessions per month. We will offer makeup dates on the alternating weeks when holidays or other circumstances disrupt the rhythm of scheduled sessions.

You are a person who experiences discrimination and/or violence related to systematic oppression, have been denied work, or experience discrimination related to ableism, are eligible for public assistance, have immigration-related expenses, are an unpaid community organizer or work for low pay supporting those who are most in need in the community, are a returning citizen who has been denied work due to incarceration history, have medical expenses not covered by insurance or that have made it difficult to pay for your basic needs in an ongoing capacity, are supporting family or community members in need or are an elder with limited financial support.

You own the home you live in, have investments, retirement accounts, or inherited money, travel recreationally, have access to family money and resources in times of need, work part-time by choice, have a relatively high degree of earning power due to level of education, gender privilege, racial privilege, class background, etc. Even if you are not currently exercising your earning power, we ask you to recognize this as a choice.

*Opening the voice refers to vocal exercises and singing - don't worry if this is new to you! Our voices provide access to powerful healing and portals of energy. I will guide you safely and lovingly to open into your voice when and if you are ready. If singing isn't for you right now, listen and be immersed in the vibration and healing power of other's voices until you feel comfortable joining in. (note: I have been singing my whole life and used to run singing retreats with my amazing songwriter mama, Connie Cohen, who I have been singing and performing with since I was 13.)
