How to decide if a session is right for you
You are invited to do the following exercise. As you begin to read through it, the energy will already start shifting and setting itself up to help you. I recommend reading thorough the whole exercise before beginning, but do what you are most drawn to doing:
Take a few moments to quietly go inside. Closing your eyes can help but is not necessary. Take several slow deep breaths, filling your lungs, grateful for all the service they provide you and your body every day. Feel the life giving force that the air you’re breathing provides like big waves of gratitude washing over your entire body. Be in this space of appreciation for the bigger mystery of life for as long as you feel moved to do so.
Then focus on your heart. It can help to place your hand on your heart for this. Feel into your gratitude for the life you are so lucky to be living. Stay in this place of gratitude in your heart.
If you feel moved to, deeply feel the love and connection you have with the loved one/s and spirit guides you’d like to connect with, whether you know who they are or not. Reach out with this feeling of love from your heart to them.
If you are wanting confirmation about whether to get a reading or not, ask your heart if it would like to connect to receive messages and healing. You will know the answer, either way.
