Multi Modality Healing
Multi-Modality healing sessions provide an experience for individuals to reach a deep state of relaxation and profound levels of healing through the combination of multiple disciplines simultaneously provided by multiple practitioners over a 90 minute period.
The following modalities are included in our trauma-informed, mindful approach.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. We use meditation and guided visualization techniques to help achieve deep states of relaxation and support the individual on their healing journey.
Professional Listening
With a Master of Social Work on our team we create a safe container for professional listening which informs our approach to serve each individual’s needs.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the cerebral spinal fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
Massage Therapy
Massage is informed manipulation of the body's soft tissues for the treatment of body stress or pain. Massage activates the parasympathetic nervous system providing a state of deep rest which is necessary for healing to occur. Massage also increases circulation and addresses compensatory patterning that leads to injury, over use, and pain.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle non-invasive form of energy healing transferred through the hands of the practitioner that supports a deep state of relaxation, regulates the nervous system, and supports the body’s emotional and physical healing.
Qigong
Qigong was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of cultivating mindfulness, and improving and maintaining health and well-being.
Breath Work
Breath work is conscious, controlled breathing for relaxation, meditation, and therapeutic purposes. Breathwork helps reduce acute stress response and diverts the health problems associated with chronic stress. By eliciting the body's relaxation response, deep abdominal breathing helps reduce blood pressure, release emotions associated with trauma and promote wellbeing.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is the practice of using different sounds to improve physical health and emotional wellbeing. We utilize our voices, harmonium, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments.
Intuition
All practitioners at Blossom Intuitive utilize intuition to guide the application of our training. For these multi modality healing sessions, we use our intuition to follow the rhythm of the needs of the individual, weaving together a container of modalities to support them on their healing journey.
By combining these techniques together in one session, we are able to create an environment that allows individuals to experience profoundly deep healing and find their way back to their center.
