We each have access to a deeper knowing connected with our sensory system and energies beyond what we can see. We often haven’t learned how to talk about these sensitivities or how to use them as valuable tools to help us in our daily lives. Whether you are just opening up, or you have been aware of these sensitivities for a long time, whatever your vocation, this offering of awakening through the lens of understanding energy and spirit connection can provide a beautiful opportunity to strengthen and deepen your life experience. 

When we learn about how to interpret energy and listen to our intuition in a community atmosphere, we all play a critical role of witnessing and validating our own and each other's experiences. We practice, gain skills quickly and dive deeper into our connection with our own spirits along with understanding how to connect with the spirit of all things.

Foundations of Intuition - Hood River, OR

Who this experience is for
​Join me for a fun and transformational day in Hood River to learn about your intuition, connect with nature and animals and be in community with others!

Through guided meditations, education, individual and group exercises and reflection, we learn skills and tools to understand and build trust in our intuition. 

​No experience is necessary, all are welcome!
If you have been curious about and drawn to your intuitive knowing, have been wanting to learn more about how to listen to and follow it in your life and your work, this is for you.

If you've been experiencing signs of synchronicity or feeling especially aligned with finding your way to reading this right now; if this offering feels like an answer to a question you've been feeling somewhere inside you, this is for you.

If you are a healer of any vocation, this is an invitation for you as well. You may have been drawn lately to listening more to the stirrings of intuited feelings and thoughts you receive as you are serving your clients or patients. Our standard training structures and education often don't account for intuition and how it can play a safe and helpful role in treatment. There will be valuable perspective and tools for you.
