Please see below to understand how sessions, classes, etc. are facilitated, what to expect and our terms and conditions that will need to be agreed to during your booking process.
What to Expect
When connecting with clients, Anna combines mediumship, energy/psychic/intuitive reading and energy healing. Anna intends for her connection with you and your spirit team to bring healing and messages most relevant to you at the time of your session and for the highest good of everyone.
Anna's work with the spirit world only allows positive loving messages, healing and guidance to come through. She will share truths and observations lovingly, even if they are sometimes challenging, and they will only surface if you are ready to see them. She neither receives nor delivers negatively charged messages. She respects your free will and will not provide directives or ultimatums of any kind. She will share loving information from which you can make your own choices.
For first-time readings, we ask that you please refrain from sharing information about yourself or your intentions for your time with Anna until well into the session. She wants you to feel an authentic connection and allow the evidential information to surface first. After allowing the connection to unfold, you can then share your desired intention or questions if you haven't already begun to go in that direction.
Please be open to the evidence that comes through from your guides and loved ones. Because they communicate using the library of Anna's brain and life experience to bring what has meaning to you, they find the things that will stand out for both parties in order to reach you. We suggest not getting attached to receiving a particular piece of evidence. For this reason, it is important that you follow your intuition and book a session with who you are most drawn to working with.
USING YOUR NAME OR AN ALIAS
Our booking software requires your name, email, and phone number. If using an alias makes you feel more confident in the mediumship process, you are welcome to do so. Anna does not look into any clients prior to meeting with them. Please note that if you choose to use an alias, future emails will be addressed to that name. Just let us know if you'd like your name corrected at any time.
ASKING QUESTIONS
Anna will always allow the spirit world to lead the conversation initially. There will also be time for questions. Please try to keep your questions focused on one thing at a time. You may ask your passed loved ones questions or ask general questions about your life and loved ones.
FUTURE TELLING
Anna does not focus on future telling, though she sometimes receives information to share with clients about what may happen or how their talents or abilities could benefit the highest good. The future, like the weather, can and often does change based on our free will.
GRIEF & MEDIUMSHIP
A session with a medium cannot replace the grieving process. Losing a family member, whether human or animal, can be traumatic and you should care gently for yourself through the process, making sure you are meeting your needs. It can be advisable to allow yourself time to grieve before inviting mediumship, waiting three months or more, however, your heart will know if it is time. If you are experiencing suicidal ideation or are feeling extreme feelings of destabilizing grief, seek help from a mental health professional before inviting mediumship. It is best for you to receive messages from the spirit world when you are stable enough to take in the connection and healing that will be offered. It is important to choose the correct session type (in person or online) for the number of participants you would like to have involved in your session. Please reach out to us before your session if the number of participants changes so that we can make the appropriate changes. Please make sure you book for the TIME ZONE you WILL BE IN for your session.

For IN PERSON SESSIONS: Please refrain from wearing perfume or using strongly scented lotions prior to your session.

Terms & Conditions
Like all mediums, Anna cannot guarantee a connection with the specific spirit you may desire. It is very likely to happen, but it may not. The spirit connections and guidance that surface during your session depend on the spirit world, your connection with Anna, and your spirit team at that time. Anna delivers what she receives and asks you to agree to be open to the evidence, gifts and connections being presented to you.
Anna will do her best to make a meaningful, loving and clear connection for you. This almost always happens. There are some rare cases in which it is not possible, and it is not always clear why. You will recognize this situation if the information coming through in the reading is overwhelmingly inaccurate. Since you are the one confirming and validating the information, it is important that you speak up if this is happening. Anna may recognize it, but you will know more than she. As soon as you recognize this, please speak up. Anna will discontinue and can suggest other practitioners or to try again another time.
We will offer a 75% discount if this is identified before half way through the session. Because it takes effort and work for Anna to connect, she will need to charge her full fee if you wait until the end or just before to tell her things aren't working for you.
RECORDINGS
Any recordings of sessions or classes are for your personal use only and must not be distributed, used commercially in any way, or shared publicly without our consent. We respect your privacy and will not review or share your recording without your consent.
CANCELLATION, MISSED APPOINTMENT & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We do not accept cancellations. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. If you are late to your session, Anna will do her best to accomodate, but the length of your session my need to be shorter. If more than 15 minutes late with no contact, we will consider the appointment missed and there will be no refund for the missed appointment. In the case of an emergency we will work together to find an agreeable solution.
ILLNESS
If you, anyone in your party or Anna are ill with a virus or infection, unable to function well and need to stay home from work or school, rescheduling will be necessary. The spirit connection will not work well if any party is too compromised. If you are recovering from a cold, feel clear headed and functional, you should be fine. Please allow your level of wellness to be the determining factor and not your desire to have a session as soon as possible. We will cycle you back in ASAP and likley within two weeks. Please trust the timing of spirit connection. Please give as much advance notice as possible, preferably 48 hours or more.
ZOOM VIDEO SESSIONS
If you are new to Zoom, please test your link and resolve any technical issues a few days before your session. If we run into technical difficulties that we cannot resolve within 10 minutes of your start time, you agree to switch to a phone session to complete your session.
WRITING & PODCAST
Anna references her experiences as a medium and intuitive coach on her Substack blog, "Muses of a Medium" and in her podcast, "Muses of a Medium the Podcast." She may choose to write or talk about what happened while working with you. She keeps the identities of her clients anonymous. She shares in service of helping more people understand the process and healing power of this work. If you are not comfortable with your story being shared, you must let us know by emailing [email protected], calling or texting 971-266-0778. This must be done before your session. If we don't hear from you, you are giving consent to Anna to include her experience of working with you in her writing. For podcast interviews, she will ask you directly.
