Who is this group for?
Grief is not a linear process and different losses and manners of death affect us differently. For example, suicide or traumatic death is different than death after a long illness, although not any easier. Grief at one week or one month, is very different than grief at five or ten years, and yet they both require support and spaces where people "get it." Losing a baby, including miscarriage, is yet another type of grief, different than losing a longtime partner, and yet these circumstances share the same hollowness, the same questioning, the same disorientation.
This group is for anyone who has experienced any of these losses, or any other loss that has thrust them into this fire. The group, and techniques shared by Molly, will be for those who are in the throes of intense, acute, recent loss, as well as for those who are processing a great loss after some time, after everyone else has "gone back to normal."

Testimonials
"I have known Molly for a little over four years as a friend, Spanish teacher, yoga teacher and therapist. Molly shows integrity, empathy, and community spirit in everything she does. She is easy to talk with and I trust her with all of my being. Molly is kind, caring, intelligent, grateful and most of all trust-worthy, I highly recommend Molly."
“Molly has taught me so much about being with people for healing in a present and embodied way. Over the years, she has guided me in the significant skill of listening deeply, because communication can happen on a subtle level. I've also learned to receive emotional reactions and signals without assigning "good" or "bad", eschewing the moral imperative that I've been socialized with. When I'm with my clients, I hear her words in my head, reminding me that "pain is just a sensation" and other profound morsels that I've taken to heart.”
"I can't count the amount of times I have credited you for who I've been able to become. Then I think about all the other people who have had the same experience with you and I sit in awe. You are an exceptional human being and the world has tremendously benefited from your existence. Thank you thank you thank you!"
”THANK YOU for preparing me to meet my clients where they are with genuineness, capacity and technical capability. I would not be even half the clinician I am without your training and guidance.”
"My sessions with Molly Lannon Kenny came at a low-ebb time for me emotionally. Molly sensed intuitively and professionally how to respond to my needs. I sense that Molly has unique skills and gifts based not only on her training and work experiences but also I especially appreciated her vulnerable and authentically raw shares of her personal loss experiences in her recent life story. Her openness gave me permission to honestly share all of my flaws and heartbreak as well in what felt like a safe and sacred container."
"Molly paid close attention to everything I shared as she took notes and utilized all of her diverse and extensive education. We experientially included yoga asanas, breath work, self-soothing techniques, and responses that would help my daughter feel safe and heard as we navigated our current relationship issues. We finished in savasana with aromatherapy, scalp massage, words of wisdom and quiet time for me to integrate our session. As we completed our session, Molly sent me home with homework (which I love in a therapy session) and a written review of all that we had discussed. Each time, I made more progress personally than I have with any other therapist. Molly assured me that it was a mutually beneficial experience! Therapy with Molly is real, interactive, and FUN!"
