What is a session?
Working as a team with you, your loved ones in spirit, your animals and spirit guides, we help you bring balance, healing and clarity into your life. Anna works at an energetic level doing a combination of the following:
- Evidential Mediumship - connecting with those who have passed away, animals or those who haven't yet been born
- Intuitive Energy Reading - tuning into relevant information about who you are at a soul level, your life and relationships
- Energetic Healing - sensing stuck or stagnant energy in the body and/or in relationships, family systems, teams, businesses or animals and providing healing and alignment at a very deep and powerful level.

How Mediumship Works
No one can explain or understand with certainty the process of mediumship. Research and studies continue to be done. There is a list of resources at the bottom of this page to further understand and conduct your own research. Here is a way that was explained to Anna in her training.
All things are made of energy and are vibrating at various frequencies. A table is vibrating at a lower frequency so we cannot pass our hand through it. Air vibrates at a higher frequency so our hand passes easily through it. If we strike a note on a piano key, we perceive that vibrational frequency as sound. If we strike that same note several octaves higher, we then perceive that vibrational frequency as light. If we strike that note several octaves higher, most of us no longer perceive it. Many people believe that this is the vibrational range of frequency of the spirit world.
As a medium, Anna generally vibrates at a higher frequency than most people do. When she sets an intention to connect with spirit, she works to raise her vibration further, along with leading her clients to do the same. The spirit world works to lower its vibration and communication becomes possible when all parties resonate at a compatible frequency. Once this has been reached, the energy, words and sensations experienced are of a different powerful, quality providing a rare kind of depth and healing resonance.

Is it harmful or difficult for my loved one to come through in the form of mediumship?
In my experience, over thousands of sessions, it is not. If you feel the pull of desire to connect through mediumship, they are likely partly responsible for that feeling and want very much to connect with you and support you on your life path. I have never felt as though there was anything but love, relief and gratitude from loved ones in spirit for the ability to connect with loved ones who are embodied.
